Civic efficacy is about having values and attitudes. It means Developing a reasoned commitment to public values of this society, being able to deal with conflicts, having basic human rights and protecting those rights, Developing reasoned loyalty to this nation , Bonding with other humans, and treating oneself and others with respect.By teaching and helping these kids and trying to set their values and morals I developed a kinship with them and I helped them identify their problems and draw conclusions to them.  The 5th grades gained knowledge made some new skills and values.
