I will be doing from the start of the article and stop before we get to the (A culture of complacency ) then my friend will be taking over and talk about it till the end of the article.
I need to prepare 15 or more discussion questions to ask the student.
Here is more information from what is expected sent by my tutor
Students are expected to start with a brief (5 to 10 minute) presentation of the reading material for that session. Unless your tutor gives you specific issues to address, the presentation should clearly explain the reading material.
What was the purpose of the reading? What points were made?
Why is this information important?
What arguments or evidence did the author(s) use to make their points? Were the arguments and evidence convincing? Why or why not?
The students should also connect the material to a wider context
How does the material relate to previous course readings or lecture/seminar content?
How does the material relate to current news events or happenings in the real world?
Finally, the best sessions will analyze the material and make critical evaluations.
Were there points you disagreed with? Why?
How would other authors or theorists react to the arguments made in the reading?
Presentations must make use of power point so that students can demonstrate their comfort with using technology to assist their presentation. Students are expected to provide a copy of their powerpoint materials to their tutorial tutor. For the paired presentations, students are expected to both contribute equally to the presentation. Students should prepare together and speak for approximately the same amount of time. The total presentation time should still be 5 to 10 minutes. Both students should help lead discussion. Consider the pair presentation as a stepping stone toward your individual presentation.
The presentation is the starting point for the student discussion during the rest of the tutorial time. As part of their presentation mark, students are also expected to lead the discussion of the reading. Be prepared to ask your fellow students discussion questions to create a discussion around the reading. Be prepared with several (15 or more) discussion questions so that the class has plenty to discuss. Remember, you are also marked on how well you lead the discussion.
Finally, students are encouraged to be creative and innovative with their presentations. Power point slides do not need to fit a generic format (do not copy the structure of previous presentations). Feel free to encourage discussion with creative questions. Activities could be developed to encourage active participation from peers
