How can you, as an entrepreneur, garner more resources for your venture in your organization? What are strategies you can use to leverage your resources if you cannot secure more budget expense, capital or headcount?

2. Successful Entrepreneurial Organizations

Identify an entrepreneurial organization that has been successful for at least 10 years. What factors have contributed to the organization’s success? What is the nature of the organization’s competitive environment? Are its goals and objectives appropriate? Reasonable? Achievable? What potential issues do you see in the organization’s rapid growth?
APA Style

Prepare a six to ten page paper (excluding the title and reference page), which details the entire criminal justice process for a felony criminal charge filed in a state court. Your paper will include all of the steps between arrest through pre-trial, trial, and appeals (both state and federal appeal possibilities). You must address contingencies for each stage of the proceedings and examine all possible outcomes. Your paper should be organized chronologically for how the process occurs, and provide analyses of how constitutional protections for the defendant work at each stage of the proceeding. Provide critical analyses, where appropriate, of whether the system effectively deals with criminal prosecutions, or whether changes or improvements are required. You may ask questions of your professor in either the classroom’s “Questions and Concerns” discussion board area or through email. Students can supplement their papers with interviews of people involved in the criminal justice field which will lend credibility to the research paper and the findings presented.

Technology and engineering were among Rome’s most famous achievements. In your paper, describe and explain the importance of Roman technology and engineering, especially as it related to making its giant cities livable. Cover at least two separate kinds of Roman technology and/or engineering.

The paper must be two to three pages in length and formatted according to APA style. You must use at least two scholarly resources to support your claims and subclaims. Cite your resources in text and on the reference page. On the reference page, include a one-sentence (or more) annotation explaining how you used each scholarly source.

After reading "Chapter 3: To Heal Sometimes, To Comfort Always," complete the questionnaire titled, "My Nursing Ethic."
