6. Checks and Balances—How can Congress check the president? How can Congress check the Supreme Court? How does the Supreme Court check Congress and the President? Finally, What role do the media or the people play in checking the elected branches of government?

The results of this study can be used to answer sub-topic question #2. Psychological factors play an enormous role in cyber bullying, both for the bully and for the victim. This study’s findings are not extremely surprising, as traditional bullies are normally aggressive and traditional victims are withdrawn and isolated. However, this study illustrated that people often manifest similar behaviors online as they would in their daily activities. This study also described the resulting psychological aftermath in a cyber bullying scenario, emphasizing how the constant presence of the Internet exacerbates the mental distress that the victim suffers.
