The purpose of this exercise is to give you an opportunity to move out into the world of practice and interview a person (or group of persons) involved with the Human Resource Management matters in the UAE. Much can be learned by studying a subject in a class setting. Additional learning is achievable also by interacting with a practitioner in a real business setting.

Identify a person whose job involves considerable dealings with managing people in the organizations of the UAE. This could be a public (government) or private institution. Ask the HR official or manager the following:

 What is your official title?
 What are the major things that you do in your job that deal with managing people in your organization?
 What training and experience must a person have in order to be eligible to perform your job effectively?
 Over the last couple of years what’s been the most interesting two HR situations that you have encountered in your job? Why were these situations special to you? What lessons did employees involved in each situation learn?
 What type of advice can you offer to people living in the UAE about the importance of HRM for the citizens and companies obeying UAE employment law.
 In your opinion, what’s the biggest misconception or misunderstanding people have about the employment system of the UAE?
 What changes do you anticipate in the UAE employment system in the future? Why?
 If a student were interested in performing the kind of work that you do, what career advice can you offer to such a person at this time?

You are encouraged to think about additional unique questions that apply to the specific type of work that your interviewee does, and ask them in addition to the ones above.
“So what should my paper look like and what should I write after having conducted the above interview?” Here’s an outline that you can use:

A Title Page

Name, Student Number, Class Name, Class Session Time, Date

Section I — Acknowledgements Page

A brief summary of the date, time, and location where the interview or conversations took place. Be sure to name and thank your interviewee as well as any other persons who were involved in helping you (or your group) setup or conduct this interview.

Section II — The Interview(s)

An overall summary of your conversation with the interviewee. It can be as simple as noting the exact answers given to the questions noted in the previous page.

Section III — Reflective Summary

Include here (1) your overall impressions, thoughts, and opinions that you had of the job and the person who you interviewed.

(2) In a second summary area also detail what you learned by completing this project. Please make sure in this second part that you discuss “how” what you learned or heard in your conversations relates to our class text and discussions. If possible, try to link sections of the book to comments stated in your summaries.

Is Class Relevant in 21st Century Britain?

The English is still to a native-standard please look upon that carefully and change accordingly

Edit all the sources make them Harvard style E.g (John 2012) without page numbers and chapters those should be at the end

Organization: Logically structured from introduction to conclusion, but check paragraph cohesion/unity. Also, ensure that everything you include in the essay is directly relevant to the topic.

* At the first paragraph state that ‘ in this paper i will be discussing relevance in 21st century Britain ‘ or anyway you like…

* Use a couple of insight sourcing/referencing e.g According to bla bla bla there is bla bla bla

** Check out Professor Mike Savage on British Class Survey try to include something about him mentioning the 7 classes..

Before you take on this assignment, be advised the guidelines for this assignment are very strict.

The research topic is “Family Dynamics (Interracial Family)” Title Page and Topic Rationale. Discuss the relevance of the selected topic to an understanding of multiculturalism or the application of the topic in multicultural counseling. The family of 4 (African American husband, Caucasian wife and 2 children a boy and a girl). Remember, the intent of this paper is to let you walk in someone else’s shoes.

The final paper must be 10–12 pages (not including the title page, abstract page, or references pages). Please Do Not submit a paper that has a SafeAssign score of higher than 15% (after you take out References and the grading rubric before submitting to SafeAssign).

A minimum of 10 peer-reviewed academic journal resources should be included in the paper with a range of dates determined by your professor. Remember that information from generic websites (e.g., Wikipedia, About.com) will not count as “resources” in the final paper. Rely on peer-reviewed resources easily accessed through Liberty University’s online library.

You should have a title page and abstract. The annotated bibliography should not be pasted in the paper. However, the annotated bibliography should offer the sources that you need for your APA-style References section of the Final Paper.

The paper must include a title page, abstract page, and references pages. APA format must be observed for this assignment and include appropriate Level 1 headings.

References must be within the last 5 years.
Abstract must summarize the paper that consist of 150-250 words (maximum).
An annotated bibliography must be a collection of at least 10 one-paragraph summaries of research articles that you intend to use in the final paper. The sources must be dated within the past 5 years.
Annotations must be your summary of the article.

If a research study was the focus of the article or was mentioned in your summary be sure to include a summary of the findings. Do not simply say the authors conducted a study without providing as summary of the findings.

The source citations should conform to current APA format guidelines. The sources and summaries should be listed in alphabetical order based on the first author’s last name.
The paper should include a title page that conforms to current APA format guidelines.

1. Hello Writer U3684. Here is the net creative writing question. Same format as the this week’s paper. Must have an abstract. Only 3 references. They must be within the last 3-5 years. Here is the question. “Should managers be expected to listen to and act on employee issues and complaints? Explain the answer.

2. Create a PowerPoint Presentation that evaluates an organization’s communication needs. The elements of organizational communication including how to set benchmarks, recognizing and seizing opportunities, and broadening knowledge and skills. The professor did not state how many slides are required, but I am think 5 will do. Please provide some front notes.
