Believe it or not, many years after slavery was abolished here we stand today still discussing the issue of racism. Though there are no laws against racism, it is still something that I myself think needs to be dealt with more seriously. Today racism and prejudice is booming.Prejudice can be defined as thinking that a race is better than any other race. Many believe that racism begins at the home. Based on statistics it seems as though the main target of hate crimes and racism is African Americans.
