Part 1 of Paper: Self Analysis:the analysis of oneself, in particular one’s motives and character. (2 Pages single-spaced/12.5 points): In this first part of the paper you discuss, analyze and critique your own behavior (and performance) as a project team member. Use concepts and theory learned in this class to support and illuminate your analysis and discussion, i.e. Explain your personal performance and influence on the team using what you have learned. One strong suggestion: Avoid the self-serving bias in your analysis!
