Describe the meaning of monopoly, dominance and abuse of dominant position, criteria of monopoly according to Shariah Law/Islamic law and dominant position according to competition Law.
The main focus of the work should be to discuss the rules regarding the monopoly and abuse of dominant powers which will be explained by way case study of Saudi Telecom Company. A comparison should also be made between Middle East countries and United Kingdom Competition Law.
