Keep in mid the following Requirements:
-Topic must be related to ICTs (Information and Communications technologies) like the Internet, mobile phones, and/ or social media.
-Paper must be international in some way. This can be done by the way of doing a case comparison between countries, or between regions like global North and South; or by considering international problems, policies, agreements; or by looking at the foreign policy of a country (so here you could do the US, but you would have to focus on foreign policy, not domestic issues).
-Topic must fit with your major or Minor (FYI, I am minoring in Global Political Economy so this paper has to cover both ICT and Economy part).
-required to use at least 10 sources, and some of them must be academic (can’t use all NYT news articles).
-This is an analytical paper.
-For this paper, I would like to focus on:
1) How China has developed its ICT, and how it affects / boosts on their economy
2) How US has developed its ICT, and how it affects / boosts their economy
3) How do they affect(Positively negatively) each other as two super power
4) and how they are competing against each other in Africa using their ICT (This can be different continent. I just want to include US and China investing in different continent.)
